License Terms of Use for Memberships + Stock Shop
MEMBERS MAY NOT
- Use images for personal, business use, and online;
- Use images for personal and/or business Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. accounts.
- Resize, crop or change image orientation;
- Overlay the image with text (superimpose text or graphics over an image), website screenshots/background imagery, product designs and pdf designs;
- Use the images for lead generation,
- Use the stock assets on social media platforms, on Pinterest, for blog posts, and on websites.
- Create opt-ins such as checklists, free workbooks, free PDFs, free e-books, as long as the images are flatted and overlaid with text or graphics and cannot be extracted (image cannot be removed from the graphic or work item),
- Create opt-ins such as checklists, free workbooks, free PDFs, free e-books, as long as the images are flatted and overlaid with text or graphics and so long as the image is not a main component of the download;
- Use the images for multiple businesses/blogs for which the member is the sole owner.
PERSONAL STOCK MEMBERSHIP
MEMBERS MAY
- PRINT USAGE IS NOT PERMITTED IN ANY CAPACITY personal or commercial. Please inquire for any extended print licenses to support@editorialstockimages.com
- Otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the image, or claim the image as their own;
- Share the images, login information or membership login details with anyone other than the membership payor;
- Sell, loan, or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in any way.
- Transfer the images to clients/customers
- Transfer the images to clients/customers even if you have modified the design by adding text or graphics.
- Use the images for social media, websites, or any other online/print mediums for clients/ customers or anyone who is not a member of the Editorial Stock Image Library (even if the image files are not being directly transferred to the client/customer).
- Use the images for e-book covers or physical book covers to be sold, sold online or in print (i.e. on Amazon or similar mass distribution sites).
- Create derivative products from the images such as templates, screensavers, quote graphics, desktop calendars, printables, art prints, mugs, calendars, clipart, invitations, or any such products, either for sale or to give away for free for marketing purposes.
- Images may not be used for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use.
- Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products/services/resources/ courses, whether for free or paid.
- Use the images for promotion or sale of any stock imagery business, website, online source, etc.

BRAND STOCK MEMBERSHIP
This is the ideal membership for those working in marketing, website development and branding. These images can be used to provide marketing services, branding services and create websites and web designs for your clientele.
- Otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the image, or claim the image as their own;
- Share the images, login information or Brand Membership login/access details with anyone other than the membership payor;
- Sell, loan, or give away the image or otherwise allow a third-party to use the image in any way.
- Transfer the individual original (unadulterated) images to clients/customers
- Use the images for e-book covers or physical book covers to be sold on Amazon or similar mass distribution sites.
- Create derivative products from the images such as templates, screensavers, quote graphics, desktop calendars, printables, art prints, mugs, calendars, clipart, invitations, or any such products, either for sale or to give away for free.
- Images may not be used for any offensive, illegal or pornographic use. ,
- Use the images to promote or sell other stock photography products/services/resources/ courses, whether for free or paid.

All of our images fall under the Standard Royalty-Free License. The license covers commercial use including:
- Use the image for advertising, blog posts, inclusion in websites and website templates, editorial, design elements,
- Use the image for unlimited electronic impressions (web, ebook, etc.),
- Use the image for worldwide marketing, and online use – all media, unlimited time,
- Use the image for digital products for resale. IE: PDF’s, Guides, E-books, Digital Courses,
- Use images for personal or business use, and online use,
- Resize, crop or change image orientation,
- Overlay the image with text,
- Use the image on website screenshots, product designs and PDF designs,
- Use the images to create opt-ins such as checklists, workbooks, PDFs, ebooks, as long as the images are flatted and overlaid with text or graphics and cannot be extracted, and so long as the image is not a main component of the download.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE
Please reach out to us via email hello@editorialstockimages.com if you wish to purchase any images inside the membership for commercial use for your digital or physical products for sale.
