That depends on your membership tier. We offer flexible licensing based on how you use the content—whether it’s for personal projects, client work, or team-wide use. Check out our Memberships page to find the tier that fits your needs.

If you’re on a Personal plan, you can use images for your own brand and marketing. On the Agency plan, you can use them across your client projects, within your team, and even inside digital products—like website templates, social media kits, presentation decks, and more.

Here’s the important part:
– You can’t resell or distribute the raw image files (i.e. no folders of assets sent to clients or customers).
– Images must live within your designs.
– If you cancel your Agency membership, you can keep selling existing templates that include ESI images - but you won’t be allowed to create or sell new templates using our assets.

Yes! Under the AGENCY Membership you can use ESI images inside your website templates, social media templates, PDF templates, Pinterest Templates, and any other digital form of template for sale. 

No print usage rights are permitted and you may never distribute physical assets with a client or end purchaser. For our full legal terms click here.

- If you cancel your Agency membership, you can keep selling existing templates that include ESI images - but you won’t be allowed to create or sell new templates using our assets.

We offer high quality imagery and have a minimum requirement from our creators that images must be 2000px on the long side. Some older imagery may vary in sizing, but all assets work on social media and websites.

Under the Agency Membership, you may share your login with up to 5 team members inside your organization. You may not share with friends, family or your peers.

Please respect and follow our policies and only keep login information with your team. 

Your creative work on social media, website, templates created and client work completed can remain active. However, once your cycle has ended you may no longer create further templates or creative assets with ESI images, mockups and videos. 

No contracts or minimum commitment, cancel and return as you see fit for where you're at with your creative journey! 

You cannot print for commercial purposes, print on physical products, print for mass distribution, distribute physical assets to clients (all clients who want physical assets must have a membership), print for billboards, TV, commercials, or distribute images in any file format with your digital template sales.

We are open to all photographers! If you believe your style fits ESI we want to hear from you. 

We love creativity, what makes you different? How do you bring creativity into every shoot? Are you ahead of trends? We believe ESI was built on photography that can't be found elsewhere, how does you fit into this.

You will fill out our content creator form HERE and expect a reply within a 2 week time frame. If accepted, we always do a meet and greet via Zoom and chat through our process further like payment, deliverability, creative direction etc. 

This is discussed during the consultation and we believe in paying our creators fairly for the work you contribute.

The print shop is an external shop of ESI and not connected to our membership. You can be a member or none-member and freely purchase images that are hand selected (not all membership images live in the print shop) for you to print at home or in your personal space! It is 1x purchase = 1 Print license and feel free to print up to 24x36. If you are looking for larger commercial prints or prints on physical products please email us support@editorialstockimages.com

You can print 1x image per purchase, if you'd like to print another copy you will need to purchase the license again.

We want to see ESI images in your home, personal office space, your cottage, or vacation rental. Tag #ESIathome to show us where you're hanging these images.
